ARUN SHELTERS
The Arun has become the first choice for customers who require a classic, practical shelter of sturdy construction.
The Arun is a versatile shelter available in a wide variety of configurations, resulting in the shelter being able to blend into the most sensitive of locations, both rural and urban. The Arun bus shelter looks at home in villages, historic towns and major cities – a small shelter can suit a village green location, or a 50 metre shelter can be configured to suit a town centre bus interchange.
A steel, vandal resistant frame gives this shelter its strength and durability, which far out performs shelters manufactured from other materials. The roof is available in three shapes and the side glazing system is secure and unobtrusive, yet easily accessible for maintenance. The glazing system can accept a variety of materials from toughened glass to solid painted aluminium panels.
The standard Arun barrel vault and pitched roof shelter is available in two pitch sizes – 1000mm and 1290mm, and two widths – 1380mm and 1510mm. Other sizes are available on request. The Arun flat roof variant (this is a renamed Queenbury Shelters Ely shelter) has a pitch of 1290mm and a roof width of 1375mm
